Would you like to help underserved youth experience the wonders of nature? Inspiring Connections Outdoors (ICO) is a Sierra Club outreach program serving youth with outdoor programming. Help us get this program back up and running in Connecticut! |  Clean Air at Risk: Legislature Must Act on Clean Cars and Clean TrucksDue to lobbying and disinformation campaigns, our state legislators are stalling regulations in Connecticut that would clean up pollution from cars and trucks. We need your help to make our voices louder than the fossil fuel industry. Let’s make the transition to clean vehicles and make them more affordable for Connecticut consumers! |

 Campaign UpdatesTake a look at all the highlights from Sierra Club Connecticut’s current campaigns and what we’ve been working on this last month. As always, thank you to all of our volunteers — we couldn’t do this without you! |  The 2024 Legislative Session Begins!With the legislative session almost here, we’re getting ready for another year of pushing the Connecticut General Assembly to protect our environment. There is a great opportunity this year to pass some significant legislation on pollution and climate, waste reduction, protection from chemicals, and wildlife protection. |  Strong Resistance in Connecticut to Pipeline ProposalGet an update on Project Maple and the Brookfield compressor station expansion proposals. Advocacy against these two major fracked-gas pipeline expansions proposed for Connecticut is growing, and we need to keep the ball rolling. Help us keep up the pressure on Governor Ned Lamont and DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes to stop these projects! |
 Reflecting on Our Remington Woods Journey2023 was a big year for our Remington Woods campaign!
