Sierra Club’s Connecticut Chapter is working to address the most pressing environmental issues in our state and to build a stronger, more inclusive movement for climate justice and environmental protection. We educate and mobilize our members and supporters through events and communications, including social media. Social media can be an effective tool for educating and mobilizing for climate action, but to be most effective, engagement (likes and comments) are needed.

 

If you are looking for a way to support climate action and enjoy using social media, we have a new way for you to help. Join Sierra Club Connecticut’s new Social Media team. Here’s how it will work. When we post an important update on social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn), we will send a request to you asking to like, comment, and share it. A small team of activists can make a big difference with this really simple approach. Our important updates on social media will get seen by more people. It's simple, but it can really help.
